Where is the drain plug and oil filter on 1997 suzuki marauder vz800 . there is a hose with a cap under the bike and was wondering if this is the drain

Its the only screw that takes a hex key under there just below the foot pegs and the oil filter looks just like the ones in cars only smaller center bottom in the front of the bile. remember 1700ml of oil measure it cause it will be perfect everytime.

I have a 2001 Suzuki vz800 marauder. I'm doing the front fork seals but I dont know exactly what weight I need to put in the fork. Some say 10w and some say 30w. Can you please help

2002 Suzuki Marauder VZ800 Front cylinder does not fire till bike warms up a bit?

Definately try a spark plug first. What does the old spark plug look like? ( white, oil fouled, melted, metallic?). Usually a fuel issue will make the inoperable cylinder very hot. Might have a loose valve guide in the head, or a bent valve.

How many quarts of oil does my 2001 VZ800 Suzuki Marauder require

the bike should be straight up and down and the oli level should be in the middle of the glass you bike should take around 4 qts
