Check to see if theres fuel going to the carbs,if yes then check your coils, leads and spark plugs. i take it you know how to set your carbs?if not haynes manual, hope this helps im a novice but ive had this problem before.

if the starter spins fast, and cranks shaft is dead.
the starter is bad, or more exactly the pinion drive is dead.
but that is 99% the solenoid (starter bad)
replace or clean the solenoid drive,
make sure the pinion slides easy. there.
Pull the bowl off of the carburetor and clean the float with carb cleaner, pull out spark plug and clean it, spray a small amount of starter fluid in cylinder then replace plug, make sure you have good fuel. It'll start right up
Lest adjusting the idle adjustment screw on the carb, turn the bike on and slowly turn the idle speed up so it doesn't die out on you, if that doesn't work try taking the carb off and cleaning it with carb cleaner
you could have a hydro lock preventing it from terning is the starter good ive had lotsof bad starters directly from the part store check the bat you need 12v and enough amps to tern it over the next thing is check for a good ground if you have a ground thats weak it wont tern over properly
TRANSLATION TO ENGLISH IS: Battery is in good shape, it has gas, fuses check good in center console fuse center and in front of hood, wen i tern the key i can hair relays clicking but ignition wont tern or start ,check starter and its good. OK then do you have a "security" light on in the dash cluster?
it can be a fow thing mybe you hock the wire up wrong ! or it could be the cylenoid is bad ! an it could be the safty switch that is in the front set floor on the pasinger side up under the panel by your feet it will be a red button . look over the plastic panel by the door nere the under the dash ! an my be the key switch my have gone out ?
first, your over heating the starter, hope its still good. 2nd, running carb cleaner thru will not clean the whole carb, only lite deposits. You need to pull the jets, and clean then, thats where your problem is. Jets have a very small hole to atomize the gas, and need to be clean.
Follow the large wire from the positive pole on the battery to a small relay with two large wires on it. That is the starter solenoid, jump from one off the post to the other big post on the solenoid and see if the starter works. IT WILL SPARK when you jump it use a big wire. If starter works then 99% sure solenoid is bad.
The timing should not need to be adjusted. Most problems with the 160 Suzuki involve the carburetor. Make sure you have spark, pull the spark plug, hook the wire to it and ground the base against the engine. Crank the motor and see if the plug sparks. If it does, your problem is probably the carburetor. Pull the carb down and clean it. Pay special attention to the pilot jet and it's passages. Do not use wire to clean the jets and passages, use a spray carb cleaner and compressed air. Pay special attention to the passage in the float bowl that feeds the starter circuit. It will be a hole at the gasket edge of the float bowl that goes to the bottom of the bowl. There is a small orofice in that passage that is easily blocked, and when blocked, makes the engine real hard to start and keep running until the engine is warm. Good luck
Cleaning the carbs should have nothing to do with the switch not working, but look for the 3 yellow cables that are coming out of the starter that should be above the airbox maybe? not sure I had mine all over the place but if they aren't connected it will not start and I know sometimes things get knocked out from removing the carbs.
