could be you trapped and broke a wire when putting the headlight back on!!

L.E.D.s use a different flasher rely type. do you have front and rear L.E.D.s

The stock turn signals have 3 wires1) Positive for turn signal2) Positive for cruising light (comes on with the light switch's 1st click)3) Ground.Obviously you can either replace the entire turn signal with the aftermarket one and stop using the cruising light or bypass the positive wire for the turn signal only, to the aftermarket one, and leave the original turn signal with the cruising light only.

You have to get flush mount turn signals. Real easy install and look fantastic.

have you changed the flasher relay to run led indicators if not you will need to you cant run standard bulb indicators and led together. and with the brake like sounds like pulling on the cable when on lock causing switch to stay on check that location of the wiring is correct and sufficient freeplay

Take off existing mounted stock turn signals (unplug ground and live wire).  Plug new ground in from flush mounts as well as live. make sure wire plug is same size as pre-drilled hole in fairing. Otherwise it will not be flush of course. If the flush mounts purchased seem to need pre-drilled holes for a pair of screws mark them out and do so. Make sure to wrap and protect wire connections accordingly.
