I dont see any break issues, plenty of fluid, mechanic here said pull battery cler codes, didnt work, where is the fuse, perhaps it is blinking because it isnt on? I tried to read codes, could read engine but abs read nothing like it wasnt there or on.
Depending on your scanner you may not retrieve abs codes check fuses the usual problem is a failed or damaged abs sensor borrow or have a shop run /scan for codes
Testimonial: "The bike sat in garage for a couple months. I started it once a week, but I know the battery was low. I charged battery and the flashing lights are still there. Bike was at shop last year for 20000, yes 20000 mile service. Was ridden very little this last year maybe a few hundred miles. The bike is absolutely like new. The lights just appeared after a low battery start. I'm pretty sure no bad sensors. I even unhooked the battery for a day and when I reconnected. When I started it lights came back on and even the Radio still had all the station settings? How can that be? Thanks for answers, Is there a certain fuse that runs the ABS unit? I cant find a reference anywhere on where it might be."
