Unfortunately, that seems to be an impossible task.

I did see one fraudulent site years ago that asked for money but comments suggested that it was never actually performed.

what country, diffr, countries use different Antitheft systems.
lost the glove box operators guide, , get one. read it , its all there.
or post full symptoms, so we can see the context of errors.

dash immobilisers light glowing wrong.

we cant guess. post a full context of the issues.
some answers are only in the FSM.
ever heard of that, ask Toyota for one, or google it or buyone used
on fleabay, if DIY is top idea.

Check battery and chassis earth connections are ok.
Check for 12v power at the fuse/power disrtribution fuse bus; - if no power there, trace circuit wiring back to battery.
