The other day, had a full take of fuel and how I only have half and my oil levels are way over when they weren't before so im thinking some how the fuel has got in to the oil
The level of fuel in the tank cannot affect whether fuel gets into the oil. As Steve suggests, if there is fuel in the oil, you have a fuel delivery problem, and a bad one. This can only happen if so much fuel is being dumped into the cylinders that it is getting past the rings and into the oil. This was much more common in the past with carbureted engines, but I believe that your motorcycle is fuel injected. I would doublecheck that it is fuel in the oil. If it is as bad as you say, you should be able to smell the fuel in the oil.
Carb inlet needles are leaking... change your oil before you run it again

This is OK. Oil pressure is always higher when the engine is cold.
As an engine accumulates miles the pressure will start to drop due to bearing clearances increasing.
If this just started to happen you may want to replace the oil filter and or oil pressure sending unit.
