Does it crank, that is first , starting is 2nd.
if it cranks, but will not start. that means
you lost spark , check for spark
if spark is good, check fueling

SOURCE: My 2003 Honda CBR600rr wont start

does the headlight come on with the ignition key?, if not there is a possibility that the battery is flat, or no good.

Honda CBR600RR. While riding my bike the end of the clutch slave lever broke. It was still running, I shut it off, and replaced it, but now it cranks and will not start.

The engine only needs three things to run.

Fuel
A spark at the right time
Compression

Start with the basics. Check you have fuel flow. It is fuel injected, so check the fuel pump is working.

Remove the plugs and see if they are wet and see if they spark.

In the circumstances, you can probably assume it has compression, because it was running.

And here is one thing to throw you a curve ball!

If your headlight fuse is either absent or blown, your bike won't start.

Honda cbr600rr 05-06 fuel pump primes but bike dosen't start

1. Are you sure you are getting gas to the carbs?
2. Are you getting gas into the cylinders? - are the spark plugs wet after repeatedly trying to start it?
3. Are you getting fire to the spark plugs?

Once you have confirmed all the above are working...
repost with more details.
