You'll have to remove the large cover plate (pulls right off) direct opposite side of your battery cover plate to access the fuses, look to the rear of the bracket.

Hard to put that in a few words. Fuses should be marked on the fuse block. If not you likley need a photocopy of a picture from a service manual. A Harley dealer can help with that.
Harley has been moving the fuse panel around since 2000. On the older Wide Glides, it was behind the "electical box" cover on the left side of the bike. That's the cover just to the rear of the coil cover. But, you might want to take the seat off and look there as well.
