Check engine light on 02 ultra classic need to find out how to check codes

What codes do you have. Start up again after it cooled???

Actually, the code is P0132, which means it's reading the mixture as lean.

It could be a bad O2 sensor.

Or, it could be an out of calibrated cylinder head temp sensor, out of calibration MAP sensor, low fuel pump pressure, poor cylinder combustion due to ignition problems etc etc.

Anything that would make the air/fuel ration run lean.

I could be wrong, but i believe that's your code, try to Google your specific bike's engine codes to see if thats correct.

Are you checking it with the bike running at 2000rpms? If so,then no,...its within spec.

There is an engine fault code logged, needs checked and cleared.

Trouble code 16 indicates the ecm (engine control module) saw a battery voltage less than 6.2vdc or greater than 15.5vdc. The lower reading typically occurs during activation of the starter or indicates loose wire connections. The higher reading is usually caused by a faulty voltage regulator.

34 Current 32 Rear injector open/low
43 Current 35 Tachometer low
63 Historic 14 Loss of all ECM serial data (state of health)

You should buy a Clymer manual for your bike, unless you have the manual from the dealer and check that. Hope this helps.
