Actually, the code is P0132, which means it's reading the mixture as lean.
It could be a bad O2 sensor.
Or, it could be an out of calibrated cylinder head temp sensor, out of calibration MAP sensor, low fuel pump pressure, poor cylinder combustion due to ignition problems etc etc.
Anything that would make the air/fuel ration run lean.
Trouble code 16 indicates the ecm (engine control module) saw a battery voltage less than 6.2vdc or greater than 15.5vdc. The lower reading typically occurs during activation of the starter or indicates loose wire connections. The higher reading is usually caused by a faulty voltage regulator.
