From what is posted on the Citizen website it in not currently available. See here.

Support for the IDP3221 is available for Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003 server, Windows 98, Windows 98SE and Windows ME.

Support for Windows 7 is available for other models but not for any of the IDP series.

Suggest you send an inquirydirectly to Citizen to express your need for a driver for your printer and Windows 7.

Try to turn the printer off and then on again. If that does not clear it you need to re-install the driver, the driver may be corrupt.

If google and manufacturer website are of no help then ask a driver search engine like http://manualfox.com/driver.htm - They do a great job. The service is not for free, but often worthy (you only pay if they find what you are asking for).

It is a dip switch setting, on dip switch #6, it needs to be "On" It will then single space the lines. After re-setting the switch under the cover, turn off the printer for 30 seconds to clear the buffer...then holding the "LF" button, turn it back on, until its self test is complete. You problem will be over.
