Bike wont start/crank over

I changed the oil and filter, I used 10 40 mobile1, Ran out of gas on rout to the gas station, I filled the tank then pushed the ignition switch and it cranked over twice and died. Now when I press the ignition nothing happens almost as if there is an interlock of some sort preventing ignition, I checked the switches wiring and all the connections looked fine the battery is new and charged. So in a rush I push started the bike in second gear made it to my destination just fine turned the bike off and it hasn't been able to run since. There is no noise of any sort when i push the ignition switch, I tried to by pass the kick stand switch and still nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I forgot to mention that there was ratteling noise that was getting progressivly louder over time while riding, I couldnt tell if it was something loose or not.

Ran out of fuel put some fuel in gas tank but still wont start

Try removing fuel filter, empty it and clean, try again, sometimes loose particals from bottom of tank may be picked up when ran dry

1995 suzuki rf 900 not starting and backfiring

The bike uses regular gas. That 93 may be an issue esp if it has ethanol in it to boost the octane

Filled tank with gas and now my van wont run well or even start sometimes

If this happened right after the fill up then perhaps you put in the wrong octane or perhaps deisel... Some gas stations have older tanks which can be filled with water. Change your fuel filter and also confirm that the fuel pump is up to par and not failing.

Ran out of gas,put 2 gals in tank got it started drove 25 miles, now it wont start. engine cranks but wont start and cant smell even the faintes hint of gas....

the debris from the bottom off the tank may have clogged the fuel filter and or the injectors. theres no fuel getting into the engine, change fuel filter, thats about $25.00. if problems persists try an injector cleaner.

How do you change an fill the oil in this bike

my 450 holds about 1.2 qts or litres, the 426 will be similar, 1 litre without the filter change
but you when you drain it there is another drain on the frame down tube. and to test the level you need to start and idle the bike for a minute , for the oil to pump through and establish a level that you can read on the dip stick .

97 gtp turns over wont start..fuel pump runs enermidintly

yep i seen it in happen .i was at a gas station a guy drove car to the gas station on empty.he fill his tank up .could not get it to crank .some cars you have to restart fuel pump when run out of gas. like chrysler.you use a scanner. but chervrolet you run low over heat damage the pump.it has to stay submerge gas to keep it cool. check fuel pump pressure.it should be 41 - 47 psi.

Car won't start without adding gas to air intake then won't idle

Check the fuel filter, you may have clogged it when you filled the tank.
