What do you mean about the sequence??? i am replacing the smaller of the two covers the right hand side on my 56 place bantdit 650. do i need to tighten the bolts in the correct sequence? and are the torque settings the same as above??

The head cover union bolts should be tightened first( they're the four centre bolts next to the spark plug tunnels) to 16 Nm or 11.5 ft-lb.
These figures are from the Suzuki service manual...

Suzuki Bandit 600GSF 1999. The front brake need loosening as they are binding on the discs. How do I do this

Is this disk or drum? Drum, loosen the cable

Disk - I dont think you can loosen it. they are suppose to self release.

There is a good possibility that your 10 year + old bike needs front brake service for possible corrosion problems.
