Yes, there are fast and free downloads, but your bike is too new to be listed on any site I am aware of.
Go to this site and you can download a free PDF service manual.

As to removing the carburetor float bowl. Remove the four screws holding the bowl and tap the bowl with a screwdriver. If all you are doing is draining water from the carb all you really need to do is remove the drain screw on the float bowl then put it back in place. I can't find a diagram of your carb so I am assuming there is a drain screw.
