Question about 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C50
I have 2008 boulevard 800, I rode every day, I rode it in rain before no prob. I did around Christmas was a monsoon of rain I went to work no problem. I came out after my shift go to leave.. and nothing. I don't hear the fuel pump engage and the odometer where the milage is not coming on?? I checked fuses, I bought a new battery for the bike, put it in still nothing, so I trailer her home I put a fuel pump still no, I just put a new f.p relay .......and no..same as day one.. the fuel pump doesn't come on @
dear bldrnr the proper oil weight for your bic depends on the climate where you ride 20/50 is recommended for hot climates 10/40 is recommended for average temps. jim

Should be behind one of your sidecovers. I f you did'nt get a manual w/yor bike then order one from your dealer. It's an invaluable tool....Good luck to you friend....Tim

Injectors or Carb? is there fuel presurt to the line near the engine and what is the presure.
The mechanoc was it a shop or buddy at home? Can you hear the fuel pump run when the key is turned on?

Sounds like fuel pump going out. I was told by a friend that the pump can get stuck and that by knocking on the fuel tank or by attempting to start that it can kick the pump out of the bad spot and it will start. But it is a sign that it needs to be replaced.
