Question about Suzuki Motorcycles

Im trying to put a suzuki vx 800 engine into my suzuki vs750 but wires are different coming out of emgine

As it is a vx engine going into a vs frame Suzuki may have used a different wiring harness to allow for differences in engine layout and the electronics fitted.
Is the engine the same age as the frame it's going into? Age differences can also affect the wiring layout.
You will need a wiring diagram for your bike and a separate one for the replacement engine. You will need the layout of the engine sensors as well.

Flooding Carburetors,

Sounds like the carbs are gummed up,and the floats are stuck. The carbs will have to come off,be thoroughly cleaned,and the float levels reset,and synchronized.

Put the clip in the middle. If the bike tends to show a hesitation when starting out from a stop. move the clip lower. This provides fuel sooner at the low rpm. Move the clip higher if the bike is running rich.

yes you can, but cam chains never fail on this engine, the cam chain automatic tensioner does.

fork oil type -fork oil#10, oil capacity each leg 388 ml for E-01,28 33 models and 392 ml for the other models standard oil level 142mm for E-01,03,28,33 138mm for the other models
