Question about Suzuki Motorcycles
Normally you can go up one size, measure the width of a friends 160 tyre and see if you have enough clearance, a good tyre dealer can also help and may have already done this modification.

SOURCE: i have a suzuki gsx600f katana, whats the size
Go with the original tire size. No point in getting wider tires.

SOURCE: can i put a bigger than stock tire on my 2006 suzuki gxs600f katana
By bigger I assume you mean wider. I would not run any size tire on a motorcycle the wheels were not designed for. An oversized tire will be too wide, and as result will not have the profile it was designed for. It will also negatively affect your handling, making the bike harder to lean into turns.
