SOURCE: FZR Manual Wanted

Try phpBB FZR250.com. Each section of the manual is listed but its in Japanese, aparently an English version was not produced. It is detailed and has torque settings. Hope this id helpful.

A service manual is a valuable tool with an aging bike. I suggest the dealer/mfr. or Clymer books. In the meantime, go to the library reference section.
