2009 Harley Davidson FLHTCU Ultra Classic Electra Glide ABS brakes not working properly

A common problem with this is that the connector-wire gets torn, but that's not the case with my bike... I get a bunch of PN codes, but I can't find them somewhere on the net. Could you please help me? @ The codes are: pn 32937-09 pn 68924-07 pn 67350-08 pn 67348-04d pn 32836-09

Hi, Kvidde PN is not a fault code they usually show up at the end of a diagnostic search for generated error codes that are active or non-active that have been resolved but not cleared. They are part numbers that identify electrical components that are currently installed on the bike. 3291917-07 is the ECM that has been may have been remapped for a stage one upgrade. 68924-07 is the turn signal security alarm module. 67350-08 is the speedometer.

clean ringer at wheel end..be sure you did not disturb alignment of sensor (VSS) which tells 'puter wheel speed for ABS and traction control

Does anyone know what these codes mean. Pn 22709-07A Pn 68920-07 Pn 67037-04A. 07 sportster 883xl. Also the code p0562 came up. What's that mean? I have been having problems with the battery chargin.


Hi, David the first PN 22709-04A is the current remap program that was downloaded into your ECM to accommodate the Stage 1 kit. PN 68920-07 is the current TSM (turn signal module) you have installed. PN 67037-04A is the current speedometer you have installed. P0562 is a fault code that means your battery voltage is low the ECM needs a minimum of 9 volts to function properly and in order to check out any main electrical system, you have to start with a fully charged battery 12.5 volts or better, and be able to pass a load test if necessary. "WARNING" never plug or unplug any electrical connector with the engine running !!!
1. Check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
2. Check the voltage drop at the battery when you hit the starter button, anything below 9 volts you might have a faulty battery.
3. Check voltage at the battery with the bike running at 3,600 RPM should be 14.3 to 14.7 volts. If you are not getting these numbers, you might have a faulty voltage regulator.
4. Make sure voltage regulator is "GROUNDED" and functioning properly, watch the video below on how to test a voltage regulator.
5. Unplug the connector to the alternator and hook your multimeter leads to the alternator (pin/socket selection does not matter) set the multimeter to AC volts, at an idle the multimeter should read 16 to 20 volts AC. at 2,000 RPM 32 to 40 AC volts, 3,000 RPM 48 to 60 AC volts. If you are not getting these numbers, you may have a faulty rotor, follow step 6
6. Set the multimeter to OHM'S, connect one lead to the alternator (any pin/socket) and the other to a ground, the multimeter should read infinity. Connect both leads to the alternator multimeter should read 0.1 to 0.2 OHM'S. If you are not getting these numbers, you have a bad stator.
7. Check all wiring in the charging circuit for worn or chaffed spots and all wiring connectors in the circuit for corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets, which is the # 1 offender.

Po 122 problem light on had changed sensor problem not fixed trans not shifting right horrible jurks when it shifts.


P0122 is TPS signal low, which could mean you have a bad TPS, or a fault in the wiring or connector. I suspect a bad Throttle Position Sensor.

I have a 98 durango and it is putting up alot of codes p0201 thru p0208 and also p1296 and p0107 what is wrong


codes p0210o po208 refer to injectors circuit malfunction for all injectors the common faults are wiring--injector---ECM. I would suspect the ECM as a failure.as there can be wiring faults on some --injectors on others but not all at once.

What does it mean when error codes P0562-0563, come up? And it has pn 68920-01,pn 32883-046,pn 67436-04. Thanks in advance for any help. Kimberly Lang

1994 Heritage, riding and all the sudden shuts off.


Is the bike key yhe only key? or do you have bunches of keys on the ring? The connector sounds like it's messing with you.. I doubt it's the ignition itself. Check the wiring connectors coming from the ignition switch and the any wires running under your but, Just in case your bouncing got one that was run between the seat and something that would hurt it. (the wire) not your ****. Good Luck.

Engine light diagnosed as ECM. What is your thought.


OK, if this is the case. i recommend inspecting the main ECM wiring harness for worn connectors and torn wire coverings. If the wiring harness is in good condition, and there are no apparent rips or tares, replace the ECM.

Hi big_cool, do you still have you're manual for the A8N-SLI board? Go to page 2-29. The ground is clearly marked in the manual. Wire colors are different from case to case. Black & white are commonly known as ground. Every case connector will have one wire color in common. The common wire will be positive +. The speaker connector uses to wires in a four pin connector. Red is positive & black is ground.
This pic (below), has been blown up to help you see. EX: The hard drive LED + sits on far left edge. Bottom row. The ground is the next pin to its right. Up on the top row. Left edge pin is the positive pin for the PLED = Power LED. Skip one pin to the right & the next pin, (Third from the left) is the ground for PLED.
