My 2004 Honda shadow aero vt750 is running poorly. It only idles with the choke nearly fully engaged. I have added carb cleaner and changed the plugs. What else should I do?

Has the bike been sitting for a time ..sounds like the carbs need pulled and cleaned..you could try draining the fuel out at the float bowls there should be drain screws at the bottom there could be dirt or water in them sometimes this will help without pulling them ..good luck

2007 honda shadow aero vt750 will not stay running after the choke is pushed in

You probably have some gelled gas in the carbs. Take off the fuel line going into the carbs and spray some carb cleaner directly into the bowls. This may take care of a minor clog. If this does not work , you will have to take the carbs off and clean the slow jets and slow circuit passageways before the bike will idle normally again.

1999 HONDA 1100C3. RUNS ROUGH AND QUITS WHEN I REMOVE CHOKE.

I think you are exactly right. Sounds like you have some clogging in your idle jets and probably in need of a carb tune up. if you havnt replaced or cleaned your air filter in a while, now would be a good time to do that as well, being that some filters begin to break down and pieces of them get into the carb ports and cause clogging.

2006 Honda Shadow Aero starts but won't idle.

check fuel level, u may need to check the flow of petrol to it,,Also if that does not solve you may need to service the carb and check fuel filter, air filter etc...
