SOURCE: the front brakes on my suzuki ax 100 are seized,
TRY REMOVING THE BRAKE CABLE AND SOAKING IT IN AN OIL BATH OVERNIGHT.
IF U CAN DO THE SAME TO THE WORKINGS OR SPRAY WD40 ETC THIS WILL UN STICK THE WORKINGS.
HOPE THIS HELPS.
BEFORE OILING GIVE IT A GOOD CLEAN WITH PETROL OR GUNK.
