Should be an adjuster screw near or around the top of the headlamp when you open the hood. There are YouTube videos that may show how to do that and adjust it correctly so you don't blind people at night and avoid being pulled over by the cops

Sounds like a short or the relay is going bad to the headlamps. You may be able to google for the diagram but probably will need to get a repair manual from the nearby auto parts store for appx $25.00. I would start by checking continuity with the battery disconnected on that side from the positive wire to a ground. Also start with checking the relay, they are usually generic and you should be able to swap two as long as the numbers match and see if that fixes the issue.
