The new fuses that you got have a higher rating than before - and they also blew. Tells you that you have a nasty short somewhere. I would check the power supply and/or output circuits.

Remove the petcock at the bottom of the tank and carefully drain the diesel into a suitable container. You may wish to add a little gasoline to the tank and slosh it around then drain that too. This will help to remove any diesel residue remaining .

Tell the PIONEER to "rescan" the channels, and be sure to scan for "digital" channels, so see if channels above 125 can be detected.

Did you try an impact driver? How about putting the bike in low gear? If not, just get a breaker bar on there an whack it with a brass hammer. I'm pretty sure it is a right hand thread. Hope this helps.

i have a the same ped with the same problem, il be fitting a molossi digital cdi and hopefully will be cured as it sounds to be restricted on the revs.

Your best bet is to goto a Husky dealer and get a manual.

No way I could tell you hear step by step what to do to get it right.

I have raced Huskys since 1982, but to tell someone online what to do to put an engine together would be allmost impossible.

The petrol line from the gas valve runs to a brass fitting on the side of the carb just above the large bottom bowl.

as with any problem you need a clymer book for your bike or you can disconnect the wiring harness(all of them one at a time)turn the key on and use a volt meter to make sure you are getting power.does the engine turn over?
