most have a dial or button on the cluster , for mph and kph , if its a digital dash the owners manual should have it in appendix under speedometer , last resort call the dealer with youre vin number located on left hand corner of dashboard behind windshield
Go into setup menu in the DIC til you see unit measure! Then select unit measure and everything will be back to normal. One is for kph and celcius, Liter/100km, fuel liter used etc and the other one is for mph, farhenheits, mpg, fuel gallon used etc.
