What size engine is my KTM, it is an LC4, is it meant to have an electric start. VIN VBKGSD401WM722801 ENG 8-583-52998 I believe it is a 98 model. Thanks, Phil

It would seem you posted twice, pls try here, here or here. In some, the wiring diagram is part of the Service Manual. If the year is different, most harness/wiring would be relatively similar.

Check your valves. they might be tight. possible shimming required there to get them back to spec

it sounds ok-cause more rpm uses more voltage--this bike has a batt coil ign and if batt is low or ded thel be no spark

Make sure the battery is properly grounded to the engine or frame. Make sure all battery cables are propery secure and clean.

drain the milky oil out and buy the thinnest oil you can find. fill the engine to the top with the thin oil (dont start it up) then drain it out straight away do that once or twice then put in the proper oil and it should be ok

have you checked your main fuse is the battery fully charged is there spark at the plug are you sure you havent bumped the kill switch without noticeing it
