Standard gaps apply only to standard or OE spark plugs. If a spark plug from a different manufacturer is being fitted the recommended gap could be different to the standard and it is good policy to visit the online catalogue of that brand and check the recommended gap for that spark plug in that application.
When gapping a plug I usually make the gap a couple of thou. smaller. Spark plug gaps increase in service and the last thing an electronic ignition needs is being stressed by wide gaps.
The gap is .040 and is pretty much a standard gap.
