Question about 2015 Suzuki RM-Z 250
It won't start by kicking, not even when hot with hot start, but will pull start at 15mph-20mph
SOURCE: 2000 Suzuki Vitara will not
Hi! My friend and I have experienced similar problem with each of our Suzuki Grand Vitara 2000 (his) and 2002 (mine). He discovered (two years ago) that cooling the "camshaft rotary sensor" by pouring (normal) water (which I also did just last week) and it works to start & run the car until the next pull-over. You have to redo pouring water if you stop the endine and does not re-start. But this may be just an emergency solution wherein you have to let the car be serviced by a mechanic.

YOUR BIKE HAS A POWER VALVE (DIAPHRAM FUEL PUMP) THAT GIVES A SHOT OF GAS EACH TIME THE THROTTLE IS TWISTED. WHEN THE BIKE IS HOT, IT FLOODS EASILY. DON'T HIT THE THROTTLE WHEN STARTING THE BIKE WHEN THE ENGINE IS HOT.

Having good fuel pressure is a plus (yours seems a bit high but I don't have specs) What you need to find out is if the injectors are opening and putting the fuel into the engine so it can work. Are the plugs wet with fuel or dry? Does it fire up if you spray carb cleaner into the throttle body while cranking?

When was the last time the valves were adjusted? Valve adjustment affects more than compression but vacuum as well and should be checked... A lot of rider never check it until they have a problem like this, and it gets worse when it is colder outside.

weak wires are sometimes the cause of loss of power,if they have been really hot from trying to start and become higher in resistance. looking at the ends of wires where connection are sometimes can reveal bluing of the copper inside (signs of heat). loose cable ends look good but dont perform well.Test charging system for proper charge output to voltage reg. and battery.Short tolerance to load under start conditions could be due to not being charged at high enough volts from charging system. (too many chicken lites or other stuff drawing current)
