- the easiest way is to unmount the rear shock absorber (1 screw at the bottom) and rise the Vespa to reach the spark plug....
this is far better than to reach it from above....
- you can do this by yourself only if you have good mechanical skills as you have to dismantle the whole dashboard/handlebar!
- better you ask your vespa-shop to do it on your next service...
(a LR43 button cell is needed)
- the speedometer-cable is broken -that happens after some years all of a sudden
- the problem is: it is not easy to fix because you need to remove the instrument panel to get to the upper connector of the new cable going to the speedometer and to replace the complete cable
