electrically or does it sputter? if it sputters it sound like a fuel pump problem or fuel filter is clogged. if its electrical.... its probably your spark unit or pulse generators. check for loose connections.
122 outer and 125 inner main jets, 3rd clip from the top on all needles and from 2 to 3 rounds out on the pilots should give you a good mixture setting. Adjust pilots as needed for smooth idle and to allow for any intake or exhaust mods. Good luck...i hope this helps.
it is normal for them to use oil honda say half a liter to a 1000 miles if driven hard.if its done a lot of miles you may have worn piston rings or leaking vavle seals do a compression test
Make sure the plugs have the proper Gap and that you have the right plugs NGK are the best for your Bike...Might be a crack in the porcelain on the plug. But start with the Plugs
