It sounds like your battery has failed, have it tested.

Are any lights coming on at all on your cluster?? Or is car completely out of power?? If so, you may have a main fuse or broken fuse link from your battery to main fuse box.

Check for burnt fuseable links or blown main fuses.

Disconnect and reconnect battery. You probably did this. Test the battery to see if it is still hot- strong battery. Now start checking all your main fuses. These are usually 40 amps. You can visually look at them. Often the main fuse which is often 100 amps will blow. If every fuse is good you may have damaged wiring or computer. Do a visual inspection of wiring especially around battery and fuse box. Good luck

There's a better than good chance you've blown some fuses. Maybe even relays. How close were the cars when you jumped them. Were they touching ? Red.
