Like... it won't start? It won't even TRY to start? Check the battery, charge it if necessary, replace it if necessary, verify that it charges while the scooter is running.
You've proved the problem is fuel not getting through carb. Most likely clogged fuel filter (replace but first flush out the tank and line to filter). Next, broken fuel line (brittle with age); take piece to hardware store for sizing and replace with "fuel line" - nothing else(!). Still no? Soak carb in cleaner, otherwise replace it.

Does it have a battery, or do the lights only work when the engine runs? I f this is the case then like most mopeds they don't require a battery,as they only require a power source from its generatorwhich only works when the engine is running.
Hi,if you want to make sure its your airflow meter,get a buddy with the same car and just test his in your car..(A.F.M is situated on the left,behind your battery is the filter box,the pipe connecting to the box is where it sits)
