while trying to start an engine, and only the solenoid clicks, there are these 3 things- no juice from the battery, starter corroded contacts(the big cables) or starter is shot. so first make sure the battery is charged, next make sure the cable mounts from battery to starter are clean(no rust), if that is all good and doesnt start , remove starter and have it tested.

Sounds like the battery you have in the bike has gone bad sence you have to jump start it all the time. And yes the bike will run bad cause the cdi need a good voltage to work correctly. Get new one and put in new asid in and put it on the charger till it is fully charged and you should be good to go.

Check compression of cylinders, all should be close the same. Swap spark plugs and check if problem cylinder moved. If bike sits for long periods of time then most likely it will be a plugged carburetor.

Yep, that is alright as the weak spark is a wasted spark. It should goes on each ignition cable a STRONG then WEAK sparks. It is just fine in your ignition.
