Check for problem coil/s and ignition control module
the indications that an electronic component is failing when it gets hot and causing intermittent spark

Testimonial: "Hi, Checked every thing..but problem is still there...coils checked..My mechanic is saying to change the ecu... Thanks"
For pollution control, the bike is equipped with a pair valve. It injects air into the exhaust to burn wasted fuel. Many companies sell block off plates to remove the pair valves since they are so annoying.

Possibly if too full oil is getting to combustion chamber? Have you pulled a spark plug to see what they look like? You should check owners manual for correct procedure on addin/changing oil. I always recommend the shop manual for usually under $15 at auto/cycle parts stores.

Drain the tank of the old fuel completely, try to drain the fuel lines as best you can. Whilst the tank is empty, if you can remove the fuel pump and clean out the filter for debris or gunk. Pull out the spark plugs and see if they have fouled, don't try cleaning them just replace. I have found once a plug is fouled, it is best to just bite the bullit and buy new ones as issues can happen again.

Even though you probably don't have that many miles on the bike, or if you do have a lot riding time on it, it sounds to me like you need a valve adjustment. That's a high reving bike for that engine that works pretty hard so you might have 1 - 3 loose valves.
