SOURCE: bike will not turn over lights work fine kick
Check the kick stand switch first. They are always in a location that is ideal for collecting dirt etc. Put the stand down and press the switch a few times by hand and then try starting again. Maybe even a bit of WD40 on it if it's anything like mine after being riden through the winter.
If this doesn't work, the kill switch is then worth investigating.

DID ANY OIL LEAKS COME WITH THIS SEIZING OF THE ENGINEIF NOT YOUR ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES. TIME FOR A TOTAL REBUILD ,NO DOUBT
SOURCE: i am considering converting the clip handlebar on
Simply type in 'Hyosung parts' in your preferred search engine and look for the replacement handlebar kit for an 'S'. Instead of the handlebars clipping on to the sleeve at the top of each fork like the 'R', the 'S' set is bolted on to the two other bolts you see on the inside top of your handlebars. It's as simple as buying the 'raising' kit, bolting it on; unbolting your existing handlebars and re bolting to the raised 'S' style kit. About a half hour job with a shifter!
SOURCE: 2009 Hyosung GT650R, brake light stays on. How
There is a switch that is connected mechanically to the rear brake mechanism. If the return spring has broken or the switch is broken or misalligned, that can call your problem as can the front break switch, if fitted.
Hope that helps.
