Hi, Joe fuse and circuit breaker location are as follows:
Sportster-Underneath the seat or behind the left side panel or inside the headlight.
Softail-Underneath the seat behind the battery or under the speedometer housing.
Dyna-Behind the left side panel.
Touring-Under speedometer housing or left/right side panel.
Any under speedometer housings reference pertains to early model circuit breakers. Looking at the bike from the front, it is located under the side cover, on the right hand side, you we need remove saddle bag. Once removed the fuse box is located under the plastic cover.

Stand the bike straight up, Remove the derby cover. Fill the primary up with oil until the oil barely touches the lower edge of the clutch spring. The clutch spring is a flat dark colored piece of metal inside the bright aluminum clutch outer shell. Do Not overfill. If you do, your clutch will drag and you will not be able to find neutral with the engine running.

On a 1992 Ultra the oil tank and drain plug are located under the right side panel in front of the right hand saddlebag.

Remove the rear wheel, brakes and shocks. Remove the silver plugs in the center of the passenger footboard mounts. Remove the rear floorboard mounts, and the rubber mounts behind them. Remove the bolt on the left side of the swingarm pivot. Chances are the pivot bolt is rusted in, so you may have to pound it out with a drift. Replace the rubber mounts when you put everything back together.
