My 87 Ford Ranger has an ignition condenser attached to mounting bracket for my coil. Condenser has one dark green wire coming from it to a connecter. There is a red wire coming out of connecter.

I think that condenser is for radio noise suppression., that's all, for suppressing static from coil to your radio.
No spark could be from your ignition module, the TFI module on side of distributor. Real odd screw sizes, seems to me they were 7/32 inch screw head size. If you take it off to a parts store, they can test it for you.

Is the green wire connected to the solenoid/starter supposed to be grounded?

I have never seen a green wire on a starter. Where is the green wire connected to the starter? What kind of vehicle is it? It should only have a large terminal for power from + battery cable. And a small terminal for power from ignition switch. ( 14ga. Black with White stripe, Wire from key switch)

Light On Ceiling fan quit working and i have a green wire hanging

The green wire is a ground wire and the fan and light should function without it connected.

You can attempt to reconnect that wire, turn off the power to the fixture at the power panel. Drop the base of the fan (typically 3-4 screws around the base) then reconnect the green wire to the inner base, you should notice a screw that doesnt actually connect anything or hold anything together and that would be the screw the green wire attaches to. If you do not feel comfortable with this I would suggest hiring a qualified electrician to diagnose and repair the fixture.

Need to know how to hook up a tachometer with a shift light on it there are four wires

The Black wire will connect to body ground, and it should be a good solid ground and if this wire is not grounded well then you might receive a primary voltage shock if you touch anything that is metal or grounded inside of the vehicle when the engine is running.

The Red wire should be connected to power when the key is in the "Run" position only, and a good place to find that source is one of the "IGN" connections at the fuse panel using a covered female spade connector. Use a test light and be certain that the connection only has power when the key is in the "Run" position, and has no power when the key is in the "Off" or "Accy" position.

The White or Yellow wire should connect to the "LPS" connection at the fuse panel next to the LPS fuse using a covered female spade connector.

The Green wire will connect to the "-" negative side of the ignition coil or the primary side of the ignition coil, and for later model GM HEI equipped vehicles this will be the "Tach" connection next to the main "Bat" connection on the distributor cap if the ignition coil is mounted inside of the distributor cap, or to the "Tach" or "Test" lead that runs from the negative side of the ignition coil if the ignition coil is mounted separate from the distributor. To locate the lead run down the wire from the negative side of the ignition coil and the lead should break off from that wire and it should have a tag on the wire that will say either "Tach" or "Test" (sometimes it is just an empty black wire connector) and that is if the lead does not come straight off from the wire connector at the ignition coil. If there is no lead you can get a wire tap connector to tap into the wire from the negative side of the ignition coil and then use a covered male spade connector to connect the Green wire from the tachometer to the wire tap connector.

Here is a diagram to help assist you although it might be hard to make it out, and let me know if you require any further assistance.

I amcurrently searching for a diagram to wire up my RPM gage but I don't know where to put the wires!!!! I really need help!! thx:)

The RPM guage (tachometer) reads the spark impulses from ground terminal of the high voltage sending unit. I've never had to install a tach on an Accent, but for the most part the wire (on other model Hyundai's) is green and connects to the distributor primary or negative (-) side of the ignition coil. And then to the Tach terminal. Do not connect to coil on If yours is an MSD ignition, do NOT connect to the coil!!. Some electronic ignitions have a tach terminal on the ignition box, the green wire may connect there. Hpe this helps....

Two black wires on harness of AVH-P5700DVD

If they are black or green then they are ground. The more ground the better. SO yes, both are ground. DO check fuse as well.
