Fuses are good.started up and ran great then lights only. Doesn't even click with a new battery
SOURCE: 06 s83 won't start. Rode for 70 miles, parked in
replace your battery although you have 12 volts your battery is producing very little amps not even enough to energize your start relay let alone your starter motor
SOURCE: just bought a 2001 vs800 intruder, got it home and will not start
If you're getting no lights then it is either the ignition switch or the battery is not making connection. Check the battery with a multi-meter. Check the fusebox with a multi-meter, any power to any fuses there with key on?
SOURCE: 1991 suzuki intruder 1400 starter cranks strong but won't start
the battery will build up calcium and wont hold enough kick charge to start bike thou the battery will test ok in this instance,, this happens when a bike sits for a while without a start

SOURCE: suzuki 1400 intruder wont start.. just clicking noise.
It's most likely the connection to the battery. The screws dont tighten in well and you get the famous clicking....I replaced the stock philips screws with a hex bolt and after two years of trying to solve the problen have been starting everytime for the past year no problems. Another gie away is the intermitant starting problem gets worse when wet.
