What is the code to reset the drop switch

Press Service menu button and press drop down button on the Touch panel..Select Service settings . Input login no.2500 and password 2500 using numeric keys.
then select reset cassette failure and click enter key. Then switch OFF the machine and then ON.
Then cassette error code issue will be resolved

There is not a reset switch on a Envoy. If your pump is not running check the fuse and the relay. If you are getting power to the relay and the relay is operating, it is time to drop the tank.

You may have main board issues. Maybe Try error code reset.
Open front door and locate main power switch on the bottom left and turn off.
Press and hold the reset button , button on control panel.
Turn main power switch back on whilst pressing reset.
after 1 - 2 min a white screen with 1 button saying"error code reset will appear , let goo of reset button.
Press error code reset and then turn main power switch of for 20 seconds. turn main power switch.

c-3725 -> Fusing abnormal high temperature detection. To get rid of this code, you have to follow the below procedure:
1. Shut down from the main power switch wait for a few seconds and then start it up while keeping the 'Utility/Counter' button pressed;
2. keep it pressed until the reset button appears on the touch screen, release the 'Utility/Counter' button, touch the reset button and an OK message should appear below.
3. Restart it normally and it should work.

You unit is under locked out mode due fail on start up. Get sand paper clean out the flame sensor, and jump the 2 wires that go to the pressure switch as soon as the inducer came on. Doing this the flame should stay on until it meet set temp at thermostat . If it does what said your pressure switch need replacement . Good luck and keep me up to date .

Try disconnecting the battery for a few mins an c if it wont clear out. I dropped my 06 R6 last week an it cut off but I switched it off an switched it back on an crunk right up no light or nothing.

Comfort Control CenterTM will recognize the updated selection. Try this. This is for the five button thermostat. Did you check the dip switches to be sure the proper ones are turned on? I need to know which stat you have 4 or 5 button. I have trouble shooting for both.
If you notice reset needs to take place after a dip switch is turned on or off. The dip switches are on the circuit board. You need to drop the lower cover. the dip switches will read in this order #1 heat strip/ #2 zone2/#3zone3/ #4 zone4/#5 furnace/#6 differential/#7stag/#8 gen start. Check this out and be careful. Turn off the stat to change dip switches. On will be toward the description. If you don't have remote start gen set the dip should not be on. If you dont have a Zone 3 the dip should not be on, etc.

On the front of the drum cartridge there is a green cover, Behind that cover is a set of gears , one with a flag like actuator on it.
Most likely the flag dropped in shipping and did not reset the drum replacement switch.
You can either try popping that cover off and resetting that foag to the up and right position or take the cartridge back for replacement.

It seems like its broke and dropping is not under manufacturers warranty either.

please try to conect using active sync. see if it detects anything.
