33V is used as the tuning voltage, which has supplied to the varactor diodes inside the TV, and not is the supply voltage. The supply voltage is 5V itself, and this is a 5V tuner. The only thing to note is, whether it uses SDA - SCL or Bl -BH. This is the type.

I, too, have the 6 blinks of a red light. I found another person online that suggested that perhaps the power cord was "defective" as it's a common issue. I replaced the power cord with one from an old computer (they're the same cord) and it seems to be OK now. That's all I can offer you at this time.

1. Mostly Loose contacts in video section that means CRT Neck board dry points checke it.
2.Pl check VGA Cable RGB signal pins 123 to ground 75 Ohms (on OK condition).
3.check 5v supply
4.check SDL and SCL signals.

Found cold soldering point on tuner board.

your problem is in the system control section of your tv. please check 1 supply to systemcontrol ic or loose contact. 2 supply or loose contact in tunning ckt of tuner (33v zener line) 3 aft ckt loose or defrctive. 4 loose button on remote &front panel of tv. 5 memory ic. 6 system contro ic.
