Where can I find a vacuum fuel tap for my Suzuki 1100, Slingshot, a 1993 model.

Im pretty sure the two bigger pipes are the fuel pipes and they go from either side of the fuel tap to the carbs one is on and one is reserve.then the smaller pipe goes on the fuel tap to the smallest outlet and then goes to the top of the 3rd carb diaphragm cap.if it's the same as what we call a gsx750f in the UK.

It sounds like out of balance in the front wheel somewhere. Possibly a bad front tyre, the tire is damaged, bulged or blistered, or wheel buckled or simply out of balance.
