You have a crossed wire someplace in your wireharness. go back to the dealer and make them change it - it should be under warranty if you bought it new.
What I would suggest then is to bridge the side stand switch. If the switch stays open circuit, it will never start but if you bridge the wires before the switch then the bike should start and have now solved the problem for the interim or you if it does not start you know you have to look elsewhere.

these bikes run on wet clutch plates the grade of oil must not be the right on if the oil is ok then there must be a problem with the oil pump not working once it gets hot
First, make sure the clutch is adjusted properly. Too much free play at the clutch lever will mean that the clutch is not being fully disengaged with the lever pulled - making it difficult to find neutral. You may also find that changing the engine oil will improve shifting and make it easier to find neutral.
hiya mate! the bike is in neutral is it.. coz mine wont start if its in gear..when u sit on it pull cluch ,,neutral sould light up when u find it .. then start yr bike..
Is the battery 2 or more years old? It may need to be replaced. Check the fuses.
Before charging, add water to fill each battery cell to nearly full. Distilled water works best.
Use a 1amp or a 2amp battery charger
Is the kill switch on? Does the side stand have a kill switch? Is it working properly? Is the gas valve on? If no spark, then check again but with a new plug.
Check the operation of the ignition switch and all kill switches with a volt ohmmeter. Check the wire harness. Did a wire come unplugged? Are all wires clean and with solid connections? Any abraded or pinched wires? Is the bike in neutral and the neutral light is lit up? If no neutral light, check the neutral switch and wire connection on the center gearbox casing.
