My son used non synthetic oil in his Yamaha 6th motorcycle with a wet clutch and now the clutch is acting up. Would the non synthetic oil of caused the problem?

Change the oil and filter againand used the recommended Motorcycle oil. If issues persist. Issue wish the wrong grade of oil or lubricants (i.e. PTFE) will cause all kinds of issues.

1994 1100 shadow, clutch wont disengage, and stuck in gear even when not running

Check if clutch plates are sticky, and check the clutch slave cylinder operation. If plates are sticky, put them in engine oil over night.

'07 rmz 250f troubles getting bike into neutral

It's an internal transmission problem. A bent or worn gear shifting fork, or the gear dogs are battered. On the other hand it could be worn clutch teeth sliding, a worn clutch cable or the plates are sticky. Check the clutch plates and adjustments on linkage.

Bmw r1100rt will not start. lights etc come on put will not turn over

IF absolutely nothing happens when you hit the start button ( not even lights dimming ) then I would start by checking the safety switches.
If memory serves me that bike wont start while on the sidestand. The driver must be on the bike with the side stand up and the clutch lever pulled all the way in. Id start with those two switched first.
