What can you do? What's the question please?

Testimonial: "the top box at the back of my scooter broke off and there is bolds coming loss on my scooter and I got the scooter sins 2014 july this year what do I do and where can I go to get it done the man from the dealer say I have to pay for it and I don't thing I did anything wrong"

If it's under warranty then the dealer will have to replace the box as the goods aren't of a fit purpose, not sure which country you're in but in the UK we have laws that protect the consumer from goods not fit for purpose. If the mountings have broke then the box isn't of a quality to pass inspection then the dealer would need to replace. If not, it may be easier to pick up a replacement online for your bike. Try a google search for your make and model of bike box and see how many are available out there.

it stil is and under warranty and the bow broke of where they weld it and they just dont want to help ag i just give up nothing gets done rite in south africa. thank you for your help you are a nice man

Hi I have experienced this before Follow these steps Go To:

Settings>
Security>
Security Level.
Select "phone"

It will ask for a code. ENTER 12345

Return to Contacts
Options
Move Contacts
Select from Phone TO Sim

If it doesnt work please let me know. If it does let my know my giving me the thumbs up.
