SOURCE: Turning signals dont work on a 1992 Hond Accord

You could have a wiring problem or it could be the switch itself since it is a 1992. One would have to diagnose it to find the problem.

SOURCE: WHERE IS THE FLASHER FOR A 2003 HONDA ODYSSEY

the turn signal and hazard flasher unit is located on the backside of the driver's side fuse/relay box under the left end of the dash. to access, remove a nut on the left side of the fuse box and release two locking tabs from the upper and lower mounting brackets and remove the fuse box. Now you can access the backside of the box and change out the signal flasher unit. Its a black square plastic unit that pulls straight out.

Emergency flasher switch

The Hazard Warning flasher switch is located in the center of the instrument panel above the radio. Press the switch to turn on the Hazard Warning flasher. When the switch is activated, all directional turn signals will flash on and off to warn oncoming traffic of an emergency. Press the switch a second time to turn off the Hazard Warning flasher. This is an emergency warning system and should not be used when the vehicle is in motion. Use it when your vehicle is disabled and is creating a safety hazard for other motorists. When you must leave the vehicle to seek assistance, the Hazard Warning flasher will continue to operate even though the ignition switch is OFF. NOTE: With extended use, the Hazard Warning flasher may wear down your battery. http://cdn.dealereprocess.com/cdn/servicemanuals/chrysler/2010-townandcountry.pdf

Where is flasher relay located?

Sandra, your fuse box is located under the right side cover(as you sit on the bike) directly behind the fuse box is where the flasher relay is located. I'll put a link so you can have the service manual if you don't have the original. your original would be located in the box, under the left side cover. I will also give you a picture of an OEM flasher relay so you know exactly what to look for. Good luck.

My turn signals have stopped working. I replaced a bulb, thinking that was the problem but they still dont work. I think it may be the actual turn signal switch (in the steering column) but was wondering...

The flasher relay is mounted in the main fuse panel under the dash, driver's side. Are the lights coming on at all, or is there nothing ? it is possible that you may have a bad ground wire to the signals. Do the emergency hazards work ( lighting up and flashing?)If so, then your ground is good and it could very well be the flasher. You should be able to switch the emergency flasher for the turn flasher for a test of the circuit. The flashers should be mounted side by side in the fuse panel - just exchange them and test. If so, keep the emergency flasher there and take the turn flasher in to replace. The parameters should be the same so you can just leave the E. flasher relay in place and out the turn flasher where the E. flasher was.

Turning signals will work only when emergency flasher switch is set to the on position /also the emergency flashers do not work at all/

Check the flasher unit, switch the emergency flasher with signal flasher see if emergency will work. Possibly they run off same "double flasher", probably replace it.

No turn signals or emergency blinkers

Sounds like a multifunction switch, work the emergency flasher button up and down a few times, then attempt to work the turn signals if the signals work then you will need a multifunction switch.
