I have found the problem with left rear sensor but cannot confirm it fixed until fault could is erased as abs light is still on.Does this system self clear once problem is fixed? It doesnt have a obd plug only bridging pins/plugs

Download the service manual here and check out the diagnostic section.
SOURCE: misfire forward cylinder
First you'll need to get a jet kit from West coast star. Then you'll need to jet the carbs to run equally. This may take some trial and error. Another thing that worked on my bike was the upgraded coil kit they sell. It's almost double the voltage of the stock coils and comes with better insulated wires for a more uniform resistance. I haven't had this problem since. It'll make the cylinders fire evenly and save you from those pestiferous fouled plugs. I hope this helps.
SOURCE: pulled the pin bolt instead of drain plug
Sorry. I'm very certain you can't fix your problem without splitting the case. I would be cautious about running the motor at all. When you removed that bolt those pieces are free to fall down to the bottom of the case to interfere and do damage. Good Luck.
SOURCE: abs fault light on ,fault finder keeps flashing
i have a 1200 trophy keeps cutting out like it is running out of fuel then it will not restart unless you undo the screw on the carb then it will run again for a while then cuts out have changed all the fuel lines cleanned the carbs put new rubbers on cleaned the air filter new plugs now it fires on 2 pots the middle 2 will not fire
SOURCE: I bleed the rear brake but then the ABS light
Check the fluid levels in the pressure modulator (2 black caps). Chances are, the levels are low hence the flashing brake failure lights. Best bet is to junk the ABS (they're unreliable and prone to failure) and get some custom made Goodridge hoses to bypass the ABS. Happy days.
