SOURCE: runs poorly, feels like miss fire, sometimes runs good(rarely).

You can do a continuity test on your coils and plug caps as follows:
1:Disconnect the coil connector drom the wiring harness.
2:select (O x 1)
3:put tester + lead on red/black terminal and - lead on orange(grey)terminal.
4:Your primary coil resistance should be between 1.87~2.53O at 20C.if OK proceed to step 5.
5:Select ( ωx 1k)and check secondary coil resistance(between the two HT(plug leads)this should be between 12~18 kωat 20 C/86 F).
You can also check sparkplug cap which should be 10k.ω
This is just a basic check but I would do is remove plug lead from the offending cylinder ,take up the revs and see if the miss-fire has gone.If so swap your coils around and see if missfire occurs on the other cylinders. If not your coils are OK.
If the missfire is still now only occuring on the one cylinder then you need to do a compression test()and if OK remove carbs and check also the inlet rubber manifold(for cracks ,seating etc.)and then service them.
Once off you can also see if the butterflies are in sinc. But do these simple tests and if you have a problem come back to me.

Any of the wrf, yzf's WILL got hot if you sit and let them idle. They are not designed for that.If you stop for more than 20-30secs. Stop the motor. If you don't,It will overheat. They need the air running over the radiator..Hope this helps

SOURCE: my virago xv535 is having consistent charging

you will need a volt meter across the battery,
it should read around 12v with the engine stopped and rise to around 13-14v with the engine running.

If the reading doesnt rise when it starts, then it isnt charging and the regulator\rectifier is the next step.

If you are getting a voltage rise and turning the lights on stops the bike, then there may be a problem in the switches, on \off high \low

82 XLH 1000 STARTS RUNS GREAT UNTIL IT GETS HOT. THEN MISSES BACKFIRES STALLS OUT

Check the cam sensor in the nose cone on the right side of the engine. These have a tendency to cause the type of problem you are having. Over time, the heat cycles the sensor goes through causes the epoxy to melt when hot, pulling the wires away from their contacts. After the bike cools, the wires again make contact and the bike runs fine until it gets hot again. Not a bad job to change the sensor, you just have to retime the bike after a new sensor is installed.

MY YAMAHA SR 150 MODEL 2002 , THE BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING EVERY TIME I BUY NEW BATTERY IN FEW DAYS IT WILL DISCHARGE OR DRAIN THE BATTERY POWER

there is a regulator rectifier assembly that rectifies the ac coming from the stator and then regulates the voltage to both charge the battery and run accessories and lights....if you can obtain a voltmeter, try starting the bike and measure the voltage on the battery..it should be about 14V DC with the bike running...if not then switch the meter to AC and check the leads coming from the stator(they are the leads that come out from under the clutch cover)...the measured voltage from the stator should be around 30v AC and will go higher when you rev the engine....if this voltage is not present then the stator is defective...if it is then the rectifier/regulator is probably bad...also, make sure that all the fuses are good

My 1994 xr6004 has good compression and has had a new top end, it runs awesome and kicks over fairly easy when cold and runs/drives great, but as soon as it warms up and you shut it off or it stalls out,...

The fuel in the carburetor float chambers is boiling while it sits, and flooding the engine. If it has a fuel petcock turn that off, and let the bike stop through fuel starvation. Then there will be no fuel in there to boil.

Bike overheating. Oil light flickering when idleing. I have a 98 Triumph Daytona that I just bought it has only 1,380 miles on it. I tried flushing the radiator. But its still running hot I did an oil...

Sounds to me that your battery my be slight low on charge, try charging it up. Running the bike with a low battery can cause havoc with the stator as well as the pulse coil, those are two things you don't want to be replacing.
Hopefully this helps you out.

STALLING AND LOSING POWER WHILE RIDING

If battery is running down. The engine may not be charging the battery. Check charging system. If running on battery, the bike will run fine for awhile then die as the battery can no longer provide spark to the engine. If charging system is less than 13.0 volts could be a ad stator or regulator. Make sure the battery posts are clean, a bad ground can cause problems too.
