Left side of Bunn Ultra 11 "ice" mode is in lower case and freezes but right side the ice mode is in upper case and does not freeze. What is the problem?

upper case means it is still trying to slush. lower case means it has reached designated slush thickness

it needs an ambient temp of 75-80 degrees to work well. to hot, it struggles and can't cool down. make sure you have at least 6 inches of space behind the machine so it can breathe, and clean the filter regularly. the mix has to have a brix level (water to sugar or "antifreeze" ratio) of about 12. to rich and it won't freeze. to lean and it'll ice up. alcohol brix is too high. you may also have a small refrigeration leak

make sure both say "ICE" on the display. press the snowflake buttons on the front to get it there. also, make sure you are mixing the product properly. if still an issue, you may have a small refrigeration leak that should be looked at by a professional

the mix is too rich. add some water to each side. it freezes based on torque, not temp.

clean the filter and condenser coils, leave at least 6 inches of space for it to breathe

put the machine on a defrost cycle and make sure the mix is correct. to rich (not enough water) and the temp will drop until it gets to the right thickness, thus freezing the condensation on the bowls.

go into the menu (hold down the "gourmet" button) and select reset all. then check your mix to make sure it's the proper ratio. too lean will cause it to freeze too fast.

I have a 2 hopper bunn slush machine.One hopper freezes the second one does not

Check the temp sensor on the machine(each side has its own sensor).
