Start engine from cold...slacken pinch bolt...turn shaft a quarter turn each way with a screwdriver...listen to the noise your engine makes and find the quietest spot...tighten pinch bolt

If you examine the failed plug and check the condition of it. It could be overheating, oil up, carbonize. Not enough information for me to cast an oppinion.
Check your owners manual to see what the plug should run like. If it is overheating, try a harder plug.

Is there any marks that I should align the counter balance shaft to on a zzr 1100 c kawazaki

There are bound to be marks for a key item like this. Go online to a Kawa forum or manual. Failing that look up a workshop manual which you should really have given you have the engine in bits.

Firing order for 1100 zzr kawasaki

Hi Johan,
The firing order for your engine is 1.2.4.3. If you look at the HT leads, they should be numbered so as not to get mixed up, if you have routed them incorrectly its more likely that the engine would not even fire.
However knowing the time of year I have to ask, has the bike been stood up for any length of time, if so its more likely that the fuel has waxed up in the carbs ( a common problem) I always ensure I run mine at least once a month just to flush the fuel through the carbs to avoid this issue. If you know what you are doing you can remove the carb bank, strip the carbs and clean the jets, if your not sure best left to someone who does. Then of course you have got to get them balanced again afterwards.
Hope this helps.

800 Vulcan 1999 vibration at high idle, around 2500 rpm. started at the end of a long cruise...... counter balance issue? does it in gear or not....

The vibration could be a number of things. Yes, it could be a balancer issue or it could be warped or worn clutch. Big vees put a lot of stress on the clutch, even when they are designed for it. But, yours could be 14 years old and on the original factory fitted parts.

Kawsaki zzr 1100 misfireing under presure

sounds like a fouled plug or a timing adjustment take out the plugs and look for oil on the plug. if there is oil on the plug clean with degreaser and try it out. If you consistently get oil fouls check valve seals

Just bought a 92 dr650,noise coming from crankcase, and vibration at idle and riding. someone told me it could be balance chain out of adjustment. is that hard to fix.

If your bike has a counter balance shaft, it is run by a chain, and yes...it's a major job to get at it. This shaft has a specific timing so it counteracts the throw of the piston to lessen the vibration. If you are to check on this yourself, I recommend a factory manual!!!

Zzr 1100 c model revs fine stationary and starts ok but when riding will not go faster than 50mph and stutters back and forth all the time

The spec sheet doesn't say if your model has fuel injection or carbs. Assuming carbs, disassemble and clean them. You will want the shop to balance and sync the carbs as well. This should get you back on the road in style.
