I'm unable to fit a Michelin Pilot Sporty 90/90 R17 Tyre on the front of my Pulsar 180 UG3.It touches the fender, so the tyre guy said I need to do alterations to my Forks and fenders(Which I don't prefer doing so). Is that true or there is some problem with the tyre?Because I've come across many guys that fit 90 section to the front and some even 100.
It's the right size tire for that machine. I would suggest removing the fender (4 screws or bolts, 2 each fork) and seeing if it runs OK without the fender. If so, when you tighten fender back on, look for vertical play, and pull up while tightening. Hope that helps.

depends how much length you have in the rear supension fork and how much wieth you have between the fork

Yes you can go to a 100/90/18 on the rear, if you are sure it wont rub on anything. This will not create any problems with stability, in fact may improve the handling of your bike. Will not affect the life of the chain.

anything is possible given time and money, first is the space betwee the swing arm and the tire, then the tire size to rim, and then tire space to chain, talk to a speed shop
