My 1993 suzuki gsxr 600 idles fine when you start it then gets worse as you run it, idles osillates between 600 and 5000 rpms all by itself, replaced the head gasket, coils and carb assemblies already! Help!! Could it be CDI box or other electrical?

If is runs better with full choke, then the bike is lean, check for air leaks at the carb manifold, vacumn cracked hoses, non standard exhausts, perhaps the mufflers have rusted out while sitting
some of these fi lights are caused by after market exhausts will have to get the code number to find out the problem http://www.gsxr.com/showthread.php?t=1234&highlight=codes i know this a gsxr list but will be similar causes and solutions hope it helps
You get any help on this problem? My bike is doing the same thing - Also, when it gets hot and turns off I can't get it to start back up all the time... Starting cold usually gives no issues -
The best help I can give you is a free factory service manual. There will be a troubleshooting section in the book that should be of help. You have fuel injection and I am a "carbs only" man. Go to the site below and download the free manual. Yours is the 43rd from the top of the Suzuki section.
