Just bought a 1993 suzuki gsxr 750. has been sitting in a garage for 2 years. we took the carbs off and cleaned them really well, changed the oil, and air filter and we added new gas. bike starts up and...

If is runs better with full choke, then the bike is lean, check for air leaks at the carb manifold, vacumn cracked hoses, non standard exhausts, perhaps the mufflers have rusted out while sitting

1999 GSXR 600 ---> Hesitating and bucking??

The best help I can give you is a free factory service manual. There will be a troubleshooting section in the book that should be of help. You have fuel injection and I am a "carbs only" man. Go to the site below and download the free manual. Yours is the 43rd from the top of the Suzuki section.

Now you can do a whole lot more on your bike.
