Why is there no fire to spark plug on diamo avalance 250

That is a lot of stuff to change all in one go. One of those items has caused the issue in what was presumably a running ATV? Always best to swap out one item as a time and check everything runs as expected before moving onto the next, checking after each replacement.

The last sentence is confusing even with my edit. I take it you mean it turns over, it catches the odd time, but won't run. In that scenario, and with all the parts you changed, I would check the spark plug gap and that it has a good fat, blue spark. The other thing is the carburetor settings as per the service manual. Engines only need fuel, compression and a spark at the right time.

out of gas ? fire at spark plug ? what have you checked so far ?

remove spark plug boot just unscrew it put the bare plug wire next to eng case and check fire if it sparks boot is bad. could be kill sw or coil no good (magneto)

Don't knows these carbs well, but generally you can screw it in all the way, take it out 1.5 turns and be ok. if it misfires a bit screw it out another half turn and maybe again until its ok, if you see a bit of black smoke, or it bogs down while ideling after a bit then you went to far

The battery voltage on a Suzuki I had would drop low enough during cranking with the electric starter motor not allowing the spark to be strong enough to run, the voltage regulator also didn't function correctly once and as the battery voltage dropped during operation engine would start to bog down and cut out due to low voltage for the ignition system.

spark plug, cap, cable, coil, pickup coil. get a service manual and test all of those to see if they're good.

Carburetor on the side that's wet, need repair.
